"Behold children are a gift of the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one's youth. How blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. . ." Psalm 127:3-5

Isaiah's Wedding
We were so glad to make it home in time to attend nephew Isaiah's wedding to Valerie on Saturday, August 16, 2008. One family reunion to another, in a sense. As you can see from the blurry photo, Paul has quite a large family (and there were a few missing). It's always a special time of being together and we were blessed to be a part of their special day.
The proud grandparents enjoy their first grandson's wedding. This is the second wedding of the 28 grandchild. . . so they have a few more to go!
Sarah, Bekah, Walker, and Jonathan enjoy dinner with cousins on Daddy's side. They look happy to be out of the car!

Filipino weddings always include dancing - which is usually all the little ubings running around the platform! What a fun time for all the cousins! Here the little girls kick their heels up - a good outlet after a full day's drive!
Cousins Jeremy, Janna, and Amy. Jeremy has completed college, Janna is now in a Ph.D. program and Amy is a senior in high school. It's fun to see them grown up! Janna is the oldest of the Micu cousins and Jael is the youngest. . .
This shot captured some very mischievous looks between the boys. Ya just wonder what's going on through those little heads. . . perhaps they are dropping mentos in the sparkling cider. . .
